Special Meeting of Fremont Rotary Foundation
In accordance with Article V.(f) and Article VI of the Code of Regulations of Fremont Rotary Foundation, Inc. is to inform the members of the Rotary Club of Fremont, Ohio of the special meeting of the members of the foundation.
The purpose of the meeting is to Elect Two Trustees to new two-year term (2026-2028). Nominees are: Rotarian Hal Hawk, Rotarian Jeff Geary.

According to our Club’s Bylaws ... ARTICLE IV – MEETINGS / Section 1
Annual Meeting. An annual meeting of this Club shall be held on the LAST Monday of March in each year, at which time the election of Officers and Directors to serve for the ensuing year shall take place.

CLUB BUSINESS
#1 To approve the membership dues adjustment effective July 1, 2026:
- Individual: $680 → $820 (reflecting meal cost increase from $12 to $15; last adjusted July 1, 2022)
- Senior: $260 (no change)
- Assessments: $100 (no change)
