Planning Committee met on Oct 2nd at Rotarian Lori’s house.  Chaired by PE Angelica with President Scott, PEN Roger, Sarah, Lori, PP Ralph, PP Charlotte, Christie, Teresa, Andrew (Stainbrook), CJ and Bob (Parker).
 
The following was decided at the meeting:
 
Date:  Saturday, August 18, 2018
Time:  5 pm – 11 pm
Location:  Downtown Fremont
Age limit: 16 and above no outside food and drink
Event Ticket: $10 each
Brews & Brats Ticket: $5 each
Water: $1 each
 
Commitment from every Fremont Rotarian:
1.  Mandatory Two event tickets – to be billed at 4Q of RY 2017-18.
2.  Provide assistance in securing advertiser/sponsor.
3.  Sign up for a working slot.

The Planning Committee will be meeting on Monday, November 6th at 5 pm.
