The Paul Harris Fellow recognition acknowledges individuals who contribute, or who have contributions made in their name, of $1,000 or more to the Annual Fund, PolioPlus or an approved grant of The Rotary Foundation.  The recognition is not limited to Rotarians.

Rotary established the recognition in 1957 to encourage and show appreciation for substantial contributions to what was then the Foundation’s only program, Rotary Foundation Fellowships for Advanced Study, the precursor to Ambassadorial Scholarships.

The number of Paul Harris Fellows reached the 1 million mark in 2006.

A world of goodwill and better understanding comes closer to reality today Rotarian Hal Hawk has made a substantial donation to The Rotary Foundation so that Immediate Past President Roger Kuns can be named as a Paul Harris Fellow.

In being presented with a Paul Harris Fellow recognition iPP Roger joins a remarkable company of people throughout the world, all recognized for their commitment to ‘Service Above Self’ to benefit local and international communities.

We congratulate you, and thank you for your commitment to Rotary’s common goals of world understanding and peace.  Congratulation to our newest Paul Harris Fellow iPP Roger.
