The November 11, 2019 meeting of the Fremont Rotary Club was called to order by President Roger Kuns. Roger is a Marine Corps Veteran and open the meeting thanking our veterans. New members Megan Craun and Ron Schumacher were inducted into the club. The students of the month from were honored from Fremont Ross High School, Vanguard Career and Tech Center and Terra State Community College.
Club members who are veterans and family members who are veterans were honored with a video presentation and the playing of each military service branches respective song. Captain Ty Conger from the Fremont Police Department and a Marine Corp veteran provided a discussion on growing up in Fremont and his time in active duty. The meeting was closed once again thanking the veterans and with the Rotary Four Way Test.
